Based in Châtel, a family resort at the heart of the Portes du Soleil (Europe’s largest ski area), we advise on, select and build property projects, with a thorough understanding of the local market.
Anchored in the Alps but accessible thanks to our proximity to Geneva, and in constant contact with our Anglo-Saxon clientele, our agency relies on a young, dynamic team guided on a daily basis by two real estate enthusiasts. Every talent is nurtured to create the strength and cohesion of a family.

Founder and Director

20 years ago, Claire thought of and founded BO Immobilier alongside Jean-Jacques. She uses her experience and expertise to ensure that her team is trained to the highest level and offers the best possible customer service.
On the ground all year round, she ensures that clients get the best possible experience, both in their relationship with the team and in the quality of their stay.
Versatile and energetic, she carries BO Immobilier and is a tremendous support to her staff.
Jean Jacques Borasci
Founder and Director

He has a state diploma in skiing, swimming and white-water sports and founded several organisations in the field of tourism and sport during his younger years. An unconditional entrepreneur, Jean-Jacques created his first real estate agency in 2003 in La Chapelle d’Abondance. Soon the walls needed to be expanded, and Châtel, close to the Portes du
Soleil domain, was the birthplace of BO immobilier.
Over the last few years, his passion for design has led him to become a developer. Associated with Camille Letuve and Roman Carel, founders of Athena Advisers, the three of them wish to create your universe with their know-how, sharing clearly defined values and a vision of quality.
Stéphanie Berthoud
Rentals Manager

Stéphanie has been a key part of the agency for 15 years. As head of the Rentals department, she has been able to develop and manage it perfectly thanks to her dynamism and openness to the world. Originally from the Vallée d’Abondance, her knowledge of the local area is also essential.
Fluent in English, Stéphanie’s taste for travel and exploration is reflected in her work. Her experience enables her to navigate with ease between the expectations of owners and the needs of customers, while her adventurous side nurtures an unrivalled ability to adapt.
Always ready to embrace new technologies, she knows how to combine tradition and innovation to offer a rental service that lives up to everyone’s expectations.
Marine Borasci

Marine is the Marketing Manager at BO Immobilier, where she uses her communication skills and graphic design expertise to boost the agency’s visibility and appeal.
With a master’s degree in digital marketing, she has a thorough grasp of modern communication strategies, which are essential for working in the property sector. With a wide range of experience, Marine developed a sense of customer service during her years working in the catering industry. In 2021, she took the next step by training in interior design and setting up her own decorating agency, which she runs alongside her responsibilities at BO Immobilier.
This dual expertise enables her to bring a unique and creative approach to her projects, while remaining close to her customers’ expectations. Marine stands out for her versatility and commitment, qualities that make her a valuable asset to the team. Her rich and varied background enables her to juggle her different roles effectively, always with the same enthusiasm and professionalism.

A native of Châtel, Cindie is a pure product of the Alpine region. She knows every nook and cranny of this magnificent village and its surrounding area, a valuable asset for our customers looking for the perfect accommodation.
As coordinator of the rental department and in charge of reception, Cindie ensures that every customer who chooses BO Immobilier benefits from personalised assistance, whether it’s finding the most comfortable chalet, the best-located flat or the best-value accommodation for a stay in the mountains. His local expertise enables him to give professional and relevant advice, tailored to the specific needs of each individual.

Mathilde Borasci

With ten years’ experience in London, where she successfully ran her department in the property sector, Mathilde brings international expertise to our team.
Born in Thonon-les-Bains and raised around the magnificent Lake Geneva, Mathilde has always been fascinated by nature. Her passion for real estate has developed naturally over the years, enriched by her many years as head of her department in London. An expert in customer relationship management, she also has a thorough grasp of administrative and legal procedures.
An accomplished sportswoman, Mathilde finds her equilibrium in skiing, a passion that reflects her determination and drive. Her sporting spirit is also reflected in her professional approach: rigour, perseverance and team spirit are at the heart of her values.
At Bo Immobilier, Mathilde uses her international experience and local knowledge to develop our sales policy and customer satisfaction.
Ilze Bokisa

Ambitious and determined, Ilze decided to leave her native country to live in France with her family. Hardworking and detail-oriented, she is a pillar in the management of the properties we rent to holidaymakers.
Dynamic, she is always on the ground and is responsible for checking that the cleaning teams a do a good job in preparing the accommodation. She is a sociable person who knows the accommodation better than anyone else and welcomes guests to the property to ensure they feel at home.
Manon Sarreaud

Born in Lyon and having lived in Switzerland for a number of years, she is now a year-round resident of Châtel, enjoying the idyllic scenery between lake and mountains. For the last ten years, she has been living in the Alps, where she has found a perfect balance between her professional life and her personal passions. Outside work, Manon is a keen hiker and rock climber, enjoying the challenges these activities offer and the peace and quiet she finds there.
With extensive experience in the hotel industry, Manon has developed exceptional project management and customer relations skills, which she now applies to the property sector. Her in-depth knowledge of the Alpine property market enables her to bring a sharp eye and invaluable local expertise to every project she coordinates. What sets her apart is her ability to listen to her customers’ needs and find tailor-made solutions, combining professionalism with friendliness. Always available to listen, Manon makes it a point of honour to build relationships based on trust and to support her clients throughout their projects.
